How much notice must I give?
It is recommended that you book an event anywhere from 6 months to 1 year in advance.
What type of clothing will the staff wear at my event?
Our entertainer’s attire will always consist of a tuxedo, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
How early will an entertainer arrive, and are there any additional fees for setting up or breaking down equipment?
On Trac will arrive promptly one hour before your event. There are no additional fees for setup or breakdown.
What kinds of music will be played?
Our music consists of several varieties, including anything from R&B and rap to classic rock, not to mention oldies, dance, disco, country, and today’s top hits. Our music is screened, and therefore lyrics with inappropriate content will not be played. Select anything you want, and we’ll play it!
Will you take requests?
100%, yes! We will provide you with a list of songs which you may choose from—if you can’t find one you’re looking for, let us know, and we will find it for you. During your event, guests may also request their choice of music.
What are the party props that you refer to?
These props are items that relate to your event and choice of music. They are introduced at varied times and make for great moments! A few of the props we provide are as follows: Glow bracelets and necklaces, various types of hats, inflatable instruments, and many other things!
Will I be able to meet with an On Trac entertainer prior to my event?
Yes. We will call and meet with you two weeks before your event. During this time you will meet with your entertainer, go over the correct pronunciation of names, ceremonies, review your preferences and selections of music, and so on. Also, voice over’s will be made at this time. If you have any questions or concerns before your meeting, you may call us anytime during our office hours—we are very flexible and look forward to hearing from you.
How do I begin the booking?
Give us a call and find out if the date you would like is available. We will then send you an agreement, and you may return one copy with your signature and your deposit. The other copy is yours to keep. We accept checks, and money orders. When we receive your signed agreement, we will then set aside your chosen date and time. A confirmation letter will be sent to you, along with a planning guide and song list. You may bring these two items to the last meeting. The rest of your payment will be accepted at the end of your last meeting, and if paying by check, you may make it out to On Trac Entertainment.
